Falkland, Fife - "Old Houses" (Horsemarket) - 1975

These houses are located south of the square in Falkland and are typical Fife buildings of the 17th and 18th Centuries with a strong Low Countries influence. The external forestair linking ground floor with the upstairs on the building just left of centre is a notable feature of some buildings of that period in Fife.
