Kirkcaldy - Links Street at Heggie's Wynd(?) - circa 1950

I have placed a "?" against this because it is titled simply Links Street. However certain things remind me of the painting of Heggie's Wynd. The style is also similar to other paintings from 1950/1951 so I have suggested a date of circa 1950.
If anyone can either confirm that is the location or can give another location then such advice will be much appreciated! However, irrespective of precise location it clearly shows the seriously dilapidated state of parts of Linktown just after the war
